Lexandra Vath is Pure Skin’s Patient Care Coordinator, dedicated to creating an experience that feels supportive, intentional, and empowering from the very first conversation. Her journey in aesthetics began at Douglas J Aveda Institute, where she completed her Esthetics education in 2016. She spent the following five years, providing hands-on services, developing a deep understanding of skin health and the patient experience.

In 2022, Lexandra joined Centre for Plastic Surgery as Pure Skin’s Concierge, becoming a familiar, welcoming presence for patients. Now, in her expanded role as Patient Care Coordinator, she partners closely with Pure Skin’s providers to help patients build customized treatment plans that honor their goals and their beauty budget.

Grounded in the belief that confidence begins from within, Lexandra brings a warm, intuitive approach to care. Whether guiding someone through a first consultation or helping map out a long-term aesthetic plan, she strives to make every patient feel understood, informed, and uplifted. Her mission is simple: to help people feel more connected to themselves and walk away with a renewed sense of confidence, inside and out.
