These products are formulated with botulinum toxins that have been proven to be safe when administered in low doses. What to Expect with Wrinkle Relaxing Injections
During your initial visit to Centre for Pure Skin, you will meet with our Facial Aesthetics Consultant to review your medical history, discuss your desired results, go over any possible risks and complications, and learn about expected outcomes, aftercare and pricing. Then, you’ll move on to treatment.
Most wrinkle relaxing injections with Botox®, Daxxify®, or Dysport® are quick and easy—lasting no more than 20 minutes. A very fine gauge needle is used and several “pinprick” injections are made into the treatment area. Most patients describe these injections as mildly uncomfortable or even painless. There is no downtime associated with wrinkle relaxing injections, but we do ask that you refrain from any intense exercise for at least 24 hours.
