What to Expect with Dermaplane
During your dermaplane treatment, makeup will be removed and your skin will be gently cleansed. Your Pure Skin technician will perform a clinical-grade dermaplane, which means that a surgical-grade scalpel will be used. The blade will be gently scraped over the area, removing dead skin cells and hair. The entire facial treatment takes about 20 – 30 minutes.
After your dermaplane is completed, you may elect to move on to another treatment. Otherwise, sunscreen will be applied to your face. Your skin may feel slightly flushed and warm for a short period of time. In the days following, you may notice that your skin looks brighter and feels much smoother.
