- Avoid bending over, lying down, or applying pressure to the treated area for 4 hours.
- Refrain from rubbing, scratching, or massaging the injection site for 24 hours.
- Skip vigorous workouts, hot tubs, saunas, and facials for 24 hours.
- Use ice packs to reduce swelling and apply Arnica cream gently after 1 hour.
- Wait at least 1 hour before applying makeup and avoid electronic skincare brushes for 1 week.
For pain relief, acetaminophen (Tylenol) is recommended as it won’t thin the blood like aspirin or ibuprofen.
