CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in a charge of $75 or more, depending on the type of appointment missed.

COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

At the Centre for Plastic Surgery and Centre for Pure Skin, we are committed to providing you with personalized communication. When you complete a form on our website(s), you willingly share information such as your name, phone number, email address, questions, and/or areas of interest. This information is used exclusively to address your inquiries and/or support your care with us.
You may specify your communication preferences for text messages, emails, and/or phone calls. We will make every effort to respect your chosen preferences. However, in certain cases, we may contact you using alternative methods with the information you have provided to ensure we can best meet your needs.

NEWSLETTERS, EVENTS, AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Completing a form on our website(s) does not automatically subscribe you to our promotional email or SMS lists. If you wish to receive updates about special offers, news, and events, please complete THIS FORM and select the option to enroll in “Newsletters and Special Offers.” Your enrollment will include the following:

SMS Promotional List

This list requires you to confirm your subscription by replying "JOIN" to the initial message you receive. Subscribers can expect to receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier’s plan. For assistance, you can text HELP at any time, and to unsubscribe, simply reply "STOP." Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and joining the SMS list is completely free with no purchase required.

Email Promotional List

You will receive a welcome email upon joining. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe from this list" link included at the bottom of each email. Like the SMS list, joining the email list is free and does not require any purchase.
