Patient Privacy & Guidelines: Our Medical Spa Policies & Procedures

SCHEDULING YOUR VISIT
At Centre for Plastic Surgery & Pure Skin, we require appointments for all consultations and procedures to ensure every patient receives our full attention. For the best possible service and a personalized care plan, we recommend calling our office to discuss your needs and schedule in advance. While last-minute appointments made through our online platform or during walk-in times may be available, they might result in an abbreviated visit. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of scheduling.

CANCELLATIONS
Your time and ours are valuable. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without this 24-hour notice may result in a charge of $75 or more, depending on the type of appointment missed.

REMINDERS & ARRIVAL
As a courtesy, we will send reminders by phone, text, and/or email before your scheduled service. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow ample time to check in and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may limit your treatment time, as all appointments end at their scheduled time to respect the next patient's booking. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases, rescheduling may be necessary, and our cancellation policy will apply.

YOUR FIRST VISIT
Before your initial visit, you will receive a link to complete important forms in advance. For certain appointments, additional paperwork may be required. Please be prepared to present a current photo ID and your insurance card, if applicable, upon arrival.

Completing a form on our website(s) may not automatically subscribe you to our promotional email or SMS lists even when indicated. If you wish to receive updates about special offers, news, and events, complete THIS FORM and select the option to enroll in “Newsletters and Special Offers", and confirm your subscription when prompted. This list requires you to confirm your subscription by replying "JOIN" to the initial message you receive. Subscribers can expect to receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and joining the SMS list is completely free with no purchase required.

Email Promotional List

You will receive a welcome email upon joining. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe from this list" link included at the bottom of each email. Like the SMS list, joining the email list is free and does not require any purchase.
